1 bag Brownie mix
1/2 cup flour
2 T. Water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
13x9 pan
Parchment paper
Additions:
Crushed Candy Canes
Sprinkles
Prepare a glass 13x9 baking pan with parchment and put it on a baking sheet.
Preheat your oven to 325 F.
Mix the brownie ingredients thoroughly and put in your pan. Wet a spatula and use it to spread the batter out to the edges.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean and the brownies appear set. Let cool completely before using the parchment to move the brownies to a cutting board.
If it is warm or humid, store leftovers in the refrigerator.
Additions:
Candy Canes. Bake the brownies for 20 minutes. Spread the candy canes over the top, then return the brownies to the oven and bake another 10-15 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean and the brownies appear set. 
Sprinkles. Add just before putting the brownies in the oven.
